The Board of Directors of Specialized Investment Compounds Company PLC is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission, pursuant to Resolution No. 311/2026)) Issued at its meeting held 13/07/2026 has approved the registration of the Company’s capital increase shares in the amount of JOD 450,000, through the capitalization of a portion of the Company’s retained earnings. Accordingly, the Company’s authorized, subscribed, and paid-up capital will increase from JOD 8,100,000 to JOD 8,550,000.
The bonus shares, representing 5.5% of the Company’s capital, will be distributed to shareholders registered in the Company’s records, each in proportion to their shareholding, as of the close of business on27/07/2026, being the fifteenth day from the date of the Jordan Securities Commission’s approval of the registration of the securities, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and instructions.
The Company also announces that it has completed all procedures relating to the distribution of treasury shares to the entitled shareholders, in accordance with the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly and the applicable laws, regulations, and procedures of the Jordan Securities Commission and the Securities Depository Center.
