Our Core Values
The company has established itself as an important partner to the local community through contributions to national Jordanian employment programs (Ministry of Labor & Armed Forces). It also takes pride in playing an active role in addressing national challenges, aiming to:
1. Worker’s Rights:
Support the protection of workers’ rights—social and economic—within the Jordanian market.
2. Urban Development:
Improve living standards in underprivileged areas of Jordan
3. Development & Training:
Train Jordanian workers to participate in the local economy.
4. Encouraging Investment:
Attract foreign companies by offering viable investment solutions.
Pluto Housing Projects
Pluto Housing Projects Private Shareholding Company has a capital of 850,000 JD, with the Specialized Investment Clusters Company holding 100% of its capital. Its main activities include developing and constructing housing and real estate projects of all types and purposes—residential, commercial, industrial, investment, and others—selling them without usurious interest and/or leasing them. It also engages in buying and selling lands and real estate of all types (except brokerage offices).
Currently, its activities are limited to owning a 70-dunum plot of land in Naour on the Dead Sea highway, which the company plans to develop for investment projects, sell as is, or subdivide into smaller plots for sale, in addition to holding a stock portfolio. 
HISTORIC BACKGROUND
The Specialized Investment Clusters Company was founded in August 1994, with a vision to become a regional leader in industrial and commercial real estate, focusing on diverse real estate activities.
